The meeting will be held by videoconference via Zoom. Where can I view the proposed changes?
The proposed changes are outlined in this document.

How many members are required for the meeting to meet quorum?
10% of non-affiliate members are required for quorum, so as of now, about 60 people are required to attend for anything to be formally adopted.

How many votes are required to pass the amendment?
Two-thirds of the votes must be in favor for this amendment to be adopted.

Is there something else you want the board to consider changing about this organization?
While this meeting is limited to voting on the bylaw amendment related to elections, members may request a separate special meeting to consider other issues if a petition is signed by at least 10% of non-affiliate members. Such a meeting would follow a process similar to this one. Please note that some matters cannot be changed by a member vote and are reserved to the Board of Directors. For specific inquiries on what member votes can and can’t change please feel free to ask in our monthly Q&A.
